The wonderful Pictures from traditional architecture in Iran

Mohammad Reza Dumiri , is a professinal and talented photographer of North of Iran . In Below you see the pictures of him from the traditional architecture of mosques in Iran specially Nasir al-Mulk Mosque.

The Nasir al-Mulk mosque or Pink mosque is a traditional mosque in Shiraz . The mosque extensively uses colored glass in its facade .

It is also named as Pink mosque due to the usage of beautiful pink colortiles for its interior design.

It was built by the order of Mirza Hassan Ali Nasir al Mulk , In 1876 and was finished in 1888

From the important  elements of space are two bedchambers . The vaulted cover on these bedchambers , are built on 12 spiral stone.

Because of its tiling and arching , the Nasir al-Mulk mosque is the most beautiful mosque in Iran

and attracts large numbers of tourists annually .

At the entrance , there is a large arch which has been decorated with colorful roof , tiles.

This mosque has two eastern and western prayer halls . The western prayer hall covered with bricks and most of these bricks have been decorated and is very beautiful .

The roof of this prayer hall has placed on the stony  pillars with helix on that and two rows of six for amount of 12
